Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Strandhotel Heringsdorf. Besondershat uns das Frühstück mit der großen Auswahl an frischen und hochwertigen Produkten gefallen. Auch unser Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein weiteres Highlight war der Wellnessbereich, der zum Entspannen einlädt .

− Leider gab es jedoch einige Punkte, die unseren Gesamteindruck deutlich getrübt haben. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war sehr unterschiedlich. Während einzelne Mitarbeitende im Restaurant freundlich waren, haben insbesondere die jüngeren Servicekräfte teilweise nicht einmal mit einem „Guten Morgen“ gegrüßt. Auch an der Rezeption empfanden wir den Umgang eher als arrogant und wenig herzlich. Für einen Preis von rund 300 Euro pro Nacht haben wir außerdem deutlich mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Das Zimmer war teilweise staubig, an der Tapete befanden sich mehrere Flecken und insgesamt entsprach der Zustand nicht dem Preisniveau des Hotels. Unverständlich fanden wir zudem, dass der Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zusätzlich berechnet wurde. Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht. Bei einem Übernachtungspreis von 300 Euro erwarten wir deutlich mehr. Aus diesem Grund würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.
