9.0Die Lage war wunderschön und das Personal extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns wurden reichlich Tipps gegeben, die wirklich super waren, von der netten Dame an der Rezeption. Außerdem hat uns der Spa Bereich sehr gut gefallen und das Frühstück war auch super!

9.0Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel, das Eleganz und Exklusivität vereint. Ein stilvolles Ambiente mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Zimmer sind im nostalgischem Charme eingerichtet. Der Service an der Rezeption sowie am Empfang war sehr gut – aufmerksam, professionell und gleichzeitig herzlich. Jeder Wunsch wurde schnell und mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Auch das kulinarische Angebot war köstlich: Hochwertige Zutaten, kreative Gerichte und ein exzellentes Frühstück machten den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Wer Ruhe, Luxus und ein einzigartiges Hotelerlebnis sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt und den wir weiterempfehlen können.

Sehr schöne Anlage, wenn nur die Lage an der Straße nicht wäre ...
7.0Frühstück sehr gut mit Auswahl an frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, Räucherlachs/ -forelle, usw. Bei gutem Wetter konnten wir immer im parkähnlichen Garten essen. Möglichkeit zum Abendessen, nicht ganz billig, aber sehr gute Qualität. Gute Busverbindung (kostenlos mit Touristenticket für das ganze Salzkammergut, welches im Hotelpreis inbegriffen ist!) nach Salzburg.
− Die Lage an einer Landstraße (Nebenstraße nach Hallein), die zwischen Haupt- und Nebengebäude verlief, war besonders Nachts störend. Da wir bei warmem Wetter im Sommer hier waren, war eine Lüftung zur Abkühlung nötig. Zur Kühlung gab es im Zimmer zwar ein mobiles Klimagerät, was aber naturgemäß gegenüber einer fest verbauten Klimaanlage ziemlich ineffizient und laut war. Etwas überraschend war, dass bei einem 4* Hotel die Rezeption am Sonntag und Montag nur Vormittags besetzt ist und auch sonst spätestens ab 22 Uhr kein Personal mehr vorhanden ist.
