Bathroom let the unit down. Rest of the unit was good.
6.0Location was not quite central, good for what we wanted. Kitchen was well equipped with essential items and more. Generally clean in all areas other than the bathroom.
− The bathroom. Yuck. Multiple areas on walls and ceiling where the paint is peeling, holes, mould, areas coming away from shower and bath unit. When it look's as bad is this did it is hard to feel it is sanitary and clean. This room needs to be renovated.
Perfect place to stay in Christchurch, warm, quiet and comfortable with a spa bath!
9.0I love staying here, this is my second stay and I have already booked my third. The host is very accommodating. The first time we came with a bike he offered somewhere to put it safe. I also don't like sleeping on electric blankets, the host makes up my bed without them when I request. I love the spa bath and have been able to get unit with one every time I request. The bed is super large and comfortable. This is my go to place to stay when I come to Christchurch.

− No hot water for the first night, had cold showers. Hot water worked the rest of the stay.
