The only positive things about this place is location but the rooms, furniture and plugs pretty outdated.

− Old rooms, carpet smelled and was stained. Would be a lovely hotel if they will renovate and offer a more modern feeling.

− 3 lifts for all floors 33 and one broken since Jan and one trapped and broken 15 year old boy ! Very distressing had to move from 9th floor to 4th floor midway stay so could use back door stairs

− Room or Carpet had a bad smell. We asked to be moved and smell was not as bad but it was still smelly. Carpets need to be replaced.

3.0− El personal de recepcion, gente mal educada y sucia, sin el mas minimo interes en atender, mi reservacion era de 3 habitaciones, solo reconocian 2 , aun mostrando mi codigo, recien aceptaron cuando me iba a comunicar con Booking. En otra oportunidad mi nieto quedo en el cuarto solo, las llaves no funcionaban y solo querian que bajase, tuve que discutir para que subieran ellos y abriesen la habitacion.
