8.0This hotel is greatly located and has comfortable, clean facilities. Breakfast is ok, covering the basics. The staff in reception are friendly and polite.
− The system for ordering food in the breakfast is confusing, and even though we always marked the same in the paper sheet, the staff members would interpret different things each time. This led to waste in food or having to over explain something that should be more straightforward. Other than that, it is nice and plenty.

− Everything We arrived late at night and was told to walk about 10 mins up the street to get out “room” there is no lifts and we were on top floor. The other guests who stayed in the room next to us lay with the door opened and on the floor. One night they were laying with no clothes on with the door opened. VERY DODGY
