− Ripped bedding, loud outside, scuffed walls, dirty sweets wrappers left behind, handle falling off dresser, toilet seat couldn’t go up with toilet paper on holder.

Lovely location and friendly staff. Beds and bathroom were clean.

− Kettle was smelly and tarnished. Curtains didnt fit the length of the window and one window latch was flimsy. There was a fire door banging all night outside our room.
