9.0The hotel is well located. The staff are professional, friendly, and very helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.
− Although the room has a window, there is no natural light because it faces a wall. Personally, it gave me a slight feeling of being enclosed, which I found a bit uncomfortable. That said, it’s worth keeping in mind that this can be quite common when staying right in the city center.

6.0Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Modernes, schönes Zimmer mit sehr konfortablem Bett.
− Zimmer auf der Strassenseite, darum viel Verkehrslärm. Es war nur mit Gehörschutz möglich zu schlafen, was aber nicht sehr bequem ist.
Everything is good and/or acceptable, except unstable shower water temperature
6.0Seems renovated not long ago and looks clean. Great location, covered walkway to BST, MRT & T21. MRT exit just on the corner of hotel main entrance.
− Hot water very unstable. Hot water comes up, only steady for a minute then turn to exterminate hot. Adjust it or not, it turn to complete cold water in another minute. Booked a double room, but other than towels, all other in-room-amenities are provided for one person. And the Camphor oil smell is too strong from corridor's dispenser.
