Location of the property is good, but the property looks like it’s not kept up with. not worth the price.

− The property was really beat up. My first room had a blood stain on the sheets, and then my second room had mold on the ceiling.

− The building is getting a little beat-up looking. There were a few places where the floor was torn or the paint was chipping, but nothing too bad.
