Excellent séjour dans un appartement confortable, idéalement situé et très bien entretenu, malgré quelques nuisances son
9.0Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Son emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes du métro, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement dans Barcelone. L’appartement est très confortable, spacieux, parfaitement équipé et la climatisation est un vrai plus, surtout en été. Nous avons également apprécié la propreté irréprochable des lieux ainsi que le ménage réalisé pendant notre séjour, effectué avec soin. Le personnel a toujours été très sympathique et le système d’arrivée avec code est simple, pratique et efficace. Enfin, le parking souterrain sécurisé est un véritable atout qui nous a permis de laisser notre voiture en toute sérénité. La présence d’une laverie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge dans l’immeuble est également très appréciable.
− Le principal point négatif concerne l’isolation phonique. Les portes de l’entrée principale de l’immeuble et des appartements claquent assez fort et le bruit résonne dans le logement, notamment le soir et tôt le matin. Cela peut être dérangeant. Nous aurions également apprécié la présence d’un four dans la cuisine ainsi qu’un étendoir (type Tancarville) pour faire sécher le linge.

9.0Appartamento con giusti spazi. Pulito e fornito di tutto l occorrente. Zona silenziosa vicino alla stazione di Sants. Presenza in ingresso di safe storage molto comodo x arrivo e partenza. Letto comodissimo.

1.0− Они меня обманули. Пообещали апартаменты в кухней и холодильником, а в итоге не было ни того, ни другого. Просто был маленький гостиничный номер с минибаром.
