10.0Nous étions 3 amies. Nous avons été accueillis par le propriétaire d'une extrême gentillesse.Il nous a donné de très bons conseils.Les petites attentions sont très agréables ( bouteille d'eau, café, thé, gâteaux). La literie est très confortable.La situation géographique est parfaite, tout peut se faire à pied et au calme . Ce qui n'est pas négligeable pour Dublin. Bus à proximité pour l'aéroport Alexander le veilleur de nuit, est également très gentil. Allez y les yeux fermés Merci

− No breakfast offered. No elevator,,,,stayed on 3rd floor.
Staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us - property could do with some maintenance but overall lovely stay

− We had the attic room which was extremely hot and not great for members of our party with the steep stairs

Once heat issue resolved it was a convenient good location yet expensive via booking.com, staff excellent.
8.0The staff and owner were very good and very willing to help. The attic rooms were very hot but it was addressed quickly with ventilation and fans.
− I think if a staff member had popped up prior to our arrival and recognised the heat issue, it could have been resolved before we had to complain. But as said it was resolved eventually
