A clean bed and shower and a very expensive dinner that was horrible.
5.0The young lady that welcomed me was fabulous, and very helpful. The room was well appointed, very clean and newly renovated bathrooms, carparking on site was arranged for me as I didn't understand it was required to be booked during that process.
− I went in to book for dinner and the Restaurant manager was in a rush and advised me that if I book, I must show up as he is nearly fully booked! The restaurant staff were rushing all night long. The steak I had was inedible. I asked for it to be medium plus - it was medium at best, grisly, tough, I did try, but could not chew my way through it. I advised the wait staff and the restaurant manager - there response - "oh well". Upon checking out, I advise the gentlemen at reception, his response - "it was a deal, inexpensive, so really, that is what you got". Nothing he was interested to assist with either. I then asked him for any recommendations for what was in region - he didn't have any, he didn't know any, he just works here but lives 30mins away. I was worried to book in a Best Western property and my fears come through - never again.

Please note that baby cots are on request and must be confirmed by the hotel. Our restaurant « Terre de Craie » is closed on Sunday evenings, Monday and Tuesday evenings.
The hotel does not have a lift, but the reception team will be happy to help you with your luggage.
