Has potential but wasn't for me.

Francesca, the owner, was super nice and welcoming. The history of the property is quite interesting and it is located in a quaint Tuscan town.

− The AC was not really working. The beds/furniture were very dated and umcomfortable. I could feel every spring on the sofa. Also, there was no one there - no other guests or staff so we were kind of on our own.

Great homemade sweets, great location inside the wall of the town on top of Tuscan hill, wine and olive oil country, great restaurant all around. 30 minutes from the see and alpi Apuane.
