Ein entspannter Aufenthalt in einem ruhigen Hotel in Lüneburg
8.0Wir hatten für drei Personen eine Suite gebucht und hatten viel Platz und ein Extraschlafzimmer. Das Frühstück war gut und reichthaltig. Wir aßen komfortabel im Wintergarten. Auch abends lud der Wintergarten zu einem Glas Wein in entspannter Atmosphäre ein. Wir genossen die direkte Verbindung zur Salü Therme und zum Kurpark. Ebenfalls komfortabel der Gang in die unterirdische Parkgarage.
− Persönlich hätten wir eine Dusche im Bad bevorzugt, anstatt einer Dusche in der glatten Badewanne. Das Zustellbett im Wohnbereich war sehr hart und nicht bequem. Die Sitzmöbel waren zu niedrig, das Hängesofa allerdings vorzüglich.

− Wir wollten ordentliche Abrechnung bekommen und damit war das Personal total überfordert. Das Zimmer hat nach Zigaretten gerochen!

− Frühstück war keine Abwechslung, immer das gleiche Angebot Bad für 3 Personen zu klein, keine Ablage für 3 Waschtaschen und Handtücher Müll wurde nach 3 Tagen (Nachfrage von uns) abgeholt

− Es gibt im Zimmer keine Klimaanlage und i h musst erst nachfragen, ob es vielleicht einen Ventilator geben würde...es war sehr heiß an dem Wochenende..

− Der Aufzug war sehr langsam und arbeitete nicht immer korrekt
Please note that the thermal baths will remain closed until summer 2021. During this period the wave pools, children's pools, outdoor pools and hot tubs will be out of use. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
