Chambre sympa, équipements nécessaires pour faire quelques petites choses (cafetière, micro ondes, frigo, plaque de cuisson, ustensiles). Salle de bain propre avec de quoi faire sa toilette. Endroit plutôt propre en général

− Personne à la réception, chambre mal indiqué (il y a 2 ascenseurs qui ne mènent pas vers les mêmes chambres), présence d'une odeur quand on rentre dans la chambre. Le lit était mou. Chambre non climatisée mais avec une fenêtre qui peut s'ouvrir en grand

Très décevant pour le prix, si je dois revenir sur Nancy je n'irai certainement pas ici

Hôtel trouvé un peu par défaut pour un séjour professionnel

− Absence de climatisation, absence de ventilateur, mobilier cassé, lit minuscule , porte donnant sur le parking bloquée (obligé de faire le tour du bâtiment par extérieur pour accéder à son véhicule).

L'emplacement très pratique à 2 pas d'un arrêt de bus très fréquent

− Aucun personnel présent le soir en cas de problème, informations erronées fournies avec la clé, 30mn pour trouver la chambre et séjour sans électricité car pas de carte ni d'explications sur le fonctionnement, chaleur intense dans la chambre, très mauvaise expérience

Reception opening hours:

Monday to Thursday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:45.

Friday from 08:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:00.

Weekends and bank holidays: closed.
