I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—right in the city center and within walking distance of everything I needed. I want to give a special shout-out to Selim Can at the front desk. He made the check-in process incredibly smooth and welcoming. I had requested a no-smoking room, and he ensured that I was settled into a fresh, clean room without any delay. His professionalism and friendly attitude really set the tone for my visit. If you’re looking for a convenient spot with top-notch service, I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent Stay in Gaziantep

The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay, they took care of all our needs and made us feel very comfortable. Special thanks to Beyza and Hatice for their kindness and attentive service. We would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Gaziantep.

The Ibis Hotel's location was excellent, and the parking lot was quite spacious. Breakfast was varied. The staff was friendly. They wore orange T-shirts, and it's clear that Human Resources attaches great importance to raising awareness for children with leukemia. Ms. Nurhak was very polite and organized. I thank the entire team for their hospitality.
