Adequate but spartan accommodations.
5.0We were really just looking for a clean place to shower and sleep. In this regard the room served our needs.
− The room was very dark and there wasn't much room on the left side of the bed. There was no cold water in the sink (which we knew about before taking the room,) and limited hot water in the shower. No housekeeping was provided during our stay. About 3 hours before check in we were called and told there were no ground floor rooms available (which we had requested a month earlier when we made the reservation,) but by the time we checked in, they were able to give us one.

I would not trust a booking at this hotel.
1.0It looked like a decent place in a decent location, but they gave away our room.
− We arrived at 11 PM after a long drive with a confirmation email only to be told that we did not have a room and that the last one had been given to somebody else. The person on staff made it seem like we had done something wrong when in fact, we had made a reservation and gotten a confirmation so clearly it was something they screwed up on their end.
