8.0Niesamowita kuchnia, świetne położenie nad jeziorem, czysto i dogodne warunki parkowania. Termy w surowym wystroju, ale cicho, tak jak lubię. Możliwość schłodzenia w jeziorze nadzwyczajny plus.
− Hotel prowadzi dziwaczną politykę zabraniającą gościom używania własnych desek sup. Forsują, w wygórowanej cenie, wynajem własnego sprzętu pod pozorem nadzoru "instruktora', który zadba o bezpieczeństwo innych pływających. Totalna bzdura. Przykre, że dyrektor hotelu nie ogarnął, że dochody z najmu sup są pewnie zerowe, a kilku wkurzonych i dobrze sytuowanych kli entów już do tego hotelu nie wróci.

8.0Zelo dobra je bila hrana iz bifeja, sploh zajtrk je bil bogato založen in si imel res vse na razpolago. Kulinarika Sama po sebi pa ne tako, kot so jo hvalili, torej izbira med meniji
− Za ta denar sam pričakovala bolje opremljeno sobo, bolje poznavanje angleškega jezika, da je vse zapisano v nemščini je tudi moteče saj za tujce, ki ne govorimo nemško ni prijetno, da si moramo non stop čas prevajati iz nemščine
