− Had asked for extra towels, never arrived. Asked for extra pillows. Never supplied. Refrigerator made noise had to unplug in order to sleep.

I use to love staying there. But now the mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible!! Not a comfortable chair in the room. Very disappointed. We stayed at the Best Western that use to be our second choice and beds, pillow, small sofa all quality. Food very good as well.
