10.0本当に清潔で、とても気持ち良かった。 部屋もとても静かで落ち着いて過ごせた。 カードキーをかざして乗るタイプのエレベーターなので安全性にも安心できた。
− ホテルからの発送をお願いする前に、念のため対応ができるかを確認したのですが、（当たり前だろ？）みたいな表情で返答されたので少し気分が悪かった。当たり前の事を聞いたとは思うが、こちらとしてはあまり慣れていない事なので、お客さんからの質問などは笑顔でご対応いただきたいと思います。 とても良い建物なので、人的ホスピタリティの向上を望みます。

9.0My room was quite large, about 17 square memters. I wan in an upper floor with a panoramic view and the television was large and new. The location was a half block north of Central Park in the Sakae commeercial district with with shops and restaurants at street level, in underground malls, and on upperfloors. It was a fun adventure to explore. THe park had a Ferris Wheel and other recreations and there were museums. The hotel was a half block from a major subway station with two lines and it was easy to go anywhere, either directly or with a simple transfer. The day passes were an excellent bargain There were Japanese restaurants all around as well as a Burger King and a McDonald's so I could easuly opt for a reasonable Japanese breakfast or an American breakfast. In fact, I thought I had reserved a room at another hotel, but on arrival I reralized it was this one, which turned out to be superior in every respect.
− The hotel already exceeded my expectations and was a great value. And the staff were all so nice, at every rank. I had no call to complain.

10.0愛知芸術劇場 ライブ会場に近くて 徒歩数分の距離は 最高でした。帰りの電車の激混みとか 1番嫌な状況を避けるには 最も適したホテルでした。お部屋もとても居心地良く 綺麗だと思った
− 近隣ビルとの関係もあり 窓があるのに 窓を開けて日の明るさ を見ることができなくて ライト照明だけでは 朝など少し部屋が暗く感じて 残念だった
