10.0Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und das Personal sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit und besonders freundlich!

7.0Die Umbauphase im Hotel war eine kleine Überraschung, daher auch das Treppensteigen über 5 Etagen. Aber ok - Frühsport! Das sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal und das Gratisfrühstück versöhnten sowieso. Genauso der schöne Blick über die Dächer Halles.

6.0Das Hotel wird parallel zum Betrieb saniert. Daher gab es zur 4. Etage keine Fahrstuhlnutzung. Sonst könnte man aus dem Haus was machen...
− Unsauber durch laufende Sanierung.
Leben in einer dreckigen Baustelle
3.0Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
− Das Hotel wird zur Zeit renoviert, überall ist es schmutzig, es sieht aus wie auf einer Baustelle... Die Tiefgarage ist dreckig und baufällig und in einem fürchterlichen Zustand.
Für uns ok waren nur auf der Durchreise

− Wir wurden vorher ( bei der Buchung) nicht daraufhin gewiesen, dass das Hotel umgebaut wurde und wir ein Zimmer im 5. stock bekamen und der Aufzug defekt war. 107 Stufen Dann war der Service beim Frühstück nicht gut. Bei einer Reklamation das der Kaffee kalt ist, sagte die Mitarbeiterin das weiß ich auch nicht.
