Forgotten items returned
10.0We were staying here prior to my open heart surgery at Baylor Scott & White. Upon leaving we forgot my cane and noise canceling headphones. My wife returned 2 weeks later (after my release) and all was returned.
The people were very kind and the room was super nice!
9.0The location was perfect. It was right across the street from the hospital I was going to! The room was very spacious and although we didn't need it, having the kitchenette was awesome! The bathroom was also very nice and clean.
