− Dinner needs more reasonably priced à la cart.
Think twice before booking: it’s not bad, but it’s not great either.
6.0Location, Great staff and clean.
− Tired, jaded facilities that really need an upgrade, facelift and renovation. For these facilities and the prices charged, it’s very expensive. Also, the dining facilities, whilst serving superb food, only give a two course option ($80 per head) or a three course option ($120 per head) and the wine list is limited and very pricey. Again, the wait staff saved the experience from being one that I resented.

− Breakfast was too expensive not Value money for what was offered. Was constantly running out of food making us wait for long periods Understaffed service staff so very slow Service in main areas
Very disappointed, I would not return or recommend staying at Craigieburn.
5.0Good bed. Pleasant atmosphere.
− Bathroom so tiny. Shower leaked pools of water onto floor as door would not stay over the rubber which is supposed to keep water in recess. Fridge in such a tight enclosure that your fi gets kept on being jammed when opening the door. Used a wheel chair and had to get 97 yr old out of it to get over the difference in floor level from carpet to floor boards. Not sufficient good light in room to read by when sitting. Only in bed could you read. The bedroom door was extremely heavy to open. If anyone was mobile compromised or very elderly they would have difficulty getting out should fire occur. My partner definitely could not manage the door. He has stayed in many places and we have never struck such difficult doors on a room. Breakfast area not well attended to, had to keep asking for help as coffee machine had no water, then milk ran out, and it kept eating the pods. The yogart was empty, there was no whole milk, no extra cutlery available or serviettes. Everything was there if you asked but asking for all these things meant I had breakfast in town the next day at half the price.
