Lovely breakfast and comfortable bed.

− We stayed for 3 nights, paying full price each night, and the room was not serviced properly on any day. In fact, halfway through our stay, we had to ask for towels and toilet pape as the room had not been serviced at all! Although the staff were apologetic, we wondered if this was a cost saving measure as it happened more than once...very disappointing for an otherwise lovely stay in Chester.
