6.0Un excellent accueil du personnel, en particulier Feran qui a cherché et réussi à résoudre notre problème de chambre. La localisation en centre ville est un atout, ainsi que le restaurant dans l’hôtel .
− Un environnement plutôt bruyant ( rue , ascenseur). La chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à notre demande ( localisation sur rue alors que cour demandée et baignoire au lieu de douche). L’impossibilité d’avoir une couverture supplémentaire nous a beaucoup surpris et déçu; apparemment il n’y en n’avait plus !

3.0− Booking comの想定価格をはるかに超えているのは事前の値段(booking comの概算金)をチェックイン後に変えたのでは…？超過料金の払い戻し請求をbooking comに施設に掛け合い、1泊分(二重請求)を返してもらいたいと強く希望してます。ツインの部屋をリクエストしてたが、最初の部屋はキングベッド1つ、夜中にたどり着いた為、フロントはそれしかない…と。次の日ツ ツインの部屋に移れたのは午後15:00過ぎてた。

Only one dog or cat less than 20 kg is allowed per room (on request). Supplement of 22€ night/animal and deposit of 200€.
