Toller Einstieg einer Schottland-Reise mit Beginn in Glasgow.

Sensationelle alte „Burg“, man fühlt sich wie „Königs“. Sehr stilvoller Frühstücks- / Dining-Room, natürlich auch für Tea-Time. Gekonnt dezente Modernisierung, z.B. Bäder, ansonsten alles im Charme einer alten Burg.
− Einziger „Abstrich“: Die relativ nah am Hotel verlaufende Autobahn ist deutlich laut zu hören und gibt leider die ganze Nach keine Ruhe. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern erträglich.

The castle was beautiful but we did not get to stay in it
− The room selection was very misleading. The Executive room did not specifically tell us the it was NOT in the castle! We had a view of THE PARKING LOT😠 There were no amenities other than a hot water pitcher. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Everything. It was a lovely location and housekeeping standards were high.
− The breakfast service was a little chaotic as there was a full house. Our room was above a door that seemed to be the service entry point and it banged a lot.
