It was clean

− Felt a little unsafe as there was no lock on the inside of the door. No chair, no plug near the mirror to see while drying hair, light above the mirror in bathroom didn’t work. Had to ask for hairdryer. Had to pay £9 to park in car park near by

− The smell of the fragrance, scent in the room, was too strong and my pillow case was dirty nasty stain on it.

Revado Hotel is a great value-for-money choice, especially if you’re visiting Norwich for work or a short city break. It’s only about a 5-minute walk from Norwich railway station and within walking distance of the city centre and Riverside entertainment area. Guests consistently praise the cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent Wi-Fi.

Couple of minor problems sorted out on the spot Breakfast - great value for money

− Parking difficult. Daytime free parking for limited time else council fine Overnight parking free and usually OK. Steep stairs to my room
