7.0Ételek finomak, wellness jó. Kedves személyzet.
− Nem működött a hajszárító. Játszóházban több mindenért plusz pénzt kellett adni, hogy használjuk. Pótágy közepe be volt szakadva, ezáltal kényelmetlen volt. Recepción nem kaptunk bejelentkezésnél kellő tájékoztatást.

− A szoba mérete, a falak tisztasága, a függöny tisztasága, a tusoló tisztasága, a szoba ajtaja több centire el volt vetemedve így résnyire elállt a toktól, az ágy rettentően kényelmetlen, a fürdőszobában az ajtó tok alja elrohadt a víztől, a járólapból több helyen hiányzott már a fuga.. Ezt a szobát még fele áron sem vettem volna ki, ha tudom hogy ilyen, nemhogy ennyi pénzért. Mindenről készült fénykép, de nem osztom meg, mert nem célom a Hotel lejáratása, csak a véleményem mondtam el. Maga a hotel szép és biztos az új rész is az, de a régi szárnyat már renoválni kellene, ahhoz hogy ennyiért kiadják!

9.0Personál bol príjemný,, ústretový. Komunikácia v angl vyhovujúca. Ubytovanie čisté, pohodlné. Kuchyňa nasýtila bez problémov.. Ukončenie pobytu rýchle, bez prieťahov. Parkovanie zabezpečené. Odporúčam aj svojím priateľom.
