10.0Při ubytování jsme řešili problém s nefunkční tv, předchozí host ji v podstatě zničil, takže v tomto hotelu jsme bez tv stravili jednu noc.Jinak ale hodnotim hotel kladně. Následně jsme byli v rámci řešení problému přesunuti do hotelu Grand Imperial v centru Liberce, který byl naprosto úžasný. Celý pobyt chci ještě jednou moc pochválit. A navíc veliká poklona staršímu pánovi v brýlích v pizze v hotelu Imperial.Jeho pizza = pohádka🙂
− Vše bylo v pohodě.Vzniklá chyba nebyla chyba hotelu, ale nevychovaných hostů.

9.0Ērtas gultas, smaržīga un svaiga gultas veļa. Ērts parkings naktsmītnes teritorijā. Ļoti labas brokastis, bērns īpaši novērtēja iespēju pašam cept vafeles. Koplietošanas telpā līdz vakaram pieejams kafijas automāts ( bez papildus maksas) un arī nelielas uzkodas (tapas,kruasāni). Numuriņā ir elektroniskā tējkanna, krūzes, tēja un kafija 3-1.
− Skaņas izolācija varētu būt labāka, vakarā varēja ļoti labi dzirdēt kā blakus numurā mazgājas un krīt dušas "klausule"

9.0Čistota, vstřícný personál a hřiště u hotelu. Pohodlné postele a tři polštáře. Vyspali jsme se tam moc dobře
− Snídaňová místnost byla pěkná a útulná, avšak bohužel malá, a proto jsme museli jít do druhé, která byla o patro níž a pro jídlo si chodit nahoru. Výběr snídaně byl pestrý a neustále bylo vše doplňováno.

10.0Ubytování se nám moc líbilo.Trochu byly problémy při příjezdu s přihlášením,ale vše se v pořádku během krátké chvilky vyřešilo po telefonu.Samotný pokoj byl velice pěkný,utulný a spalo se nám hezky.Snídaně výborná,dokonce i syn který doma nesnídá,tak sám chvátal na snídani.A doporučená večeře v restauraci Zlatý kohout nás opravdu nezklamala.Moc jsme si pochutnali a byli jsme spokojeni.Všichni "Pytlounovi"byli velice milí,přátelští,cítili jsme se u Vás jako doma.Rádi se k Vám zase někdy určitě vrátíme.Děkujeme za vše, jihočeši z Českých Budějovic.
