7.0Am ales hotelul pentru amplasarea in apropierea statiei de autobuz care face legatura cu Iulius Mall, respectiv gara pentru ca acestea erau punctele de plecare spre Electric Castle. Ne-a placut mult patul, salteaua foarte confortabila ceea ce e un mare plus intr-un hotel. De asemenea, ne-a placut ca dusul era bine izolat si nu se scurgea apa in baie cand il foloseai. Micul dejun a fost ok, nimic exceptional dar nimic de criticat. Am apreciat ca se facea reaprovizionarea bufetului pana aproape de ora 10, ora inchiderii, tocmai pentru ca cei mai multi dintre cei cazati acolo eram veniti pentru EC si deci ne trezeam mai tarziu :)
− Lumina din camera foarte slaba si prost gandita. Lumina principala din camera putea fi stinsa doar de langa usa, astfel incat daca te asezai in pat si uitai sa o stingi, trebuia sa te ridici. Lumina din baie slaba iar lampa de deasupra oglinzii nu functiona (desi am sesizat si s-a incercat repararea acesteia, nu s-a reusit). Ce nu ne-a placut cel mai mult a fost lipsa curateniei in camera pe toata perioada sederii. Desi plecam din camera la ora 13 si reveneam dupa 1 noaptea, in niciuna dintre zile nu s-a intrat pentru curatenie, desi lasam semnul corespunzator pe usa. In a doua zi am pandit-o efectiv pe hol pe doamna de la curatenie pentru a cere prosoape curate iar in a 4 zi am iesit si am rugat sa ne ia gunoiul si sa ne mai dea hartie igienica. Ceea ce este complet inacceptabil. Dumneaei ne-a spus ca este "poltica hotelului" si ca dansa nu intra decat in camerele in care i se spune de la receptie sa intre (cand am intrebat-o de ce 4 zile nu a intrat macar sa ia gunoiul). Cu toate astea, cand am dat la plecare acelasi feedback la receptie, domnul de acolo a parut surprins sa auda asta. Orice ar fi, nu este ok pentru turist. Nu am pretentia sa mi se schimbe asternutul de pat cand stau 4 nopti si nici prosoapele in fiecare zi, dar am pretentia sa mi se ia gunoiul din camera zlnic si sa mi se schimbe prosoapele la 2 zile macar avand in vedere ca nu aveai nici unde sa le usuci.

7.0Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, hoztak nekünk egy hűtőszekrényt, ami nem volt a szobában. A hölgy a recepción programokat is ajánlott, nagyon segítőkész volt. Széleskörű választék volt a reggelinél.
− Az ágy rémesen nyikorgott, a függönyök pedig nem takarták a teljes ablakot. Az ágy fejtámlája láthatóan foltos volt.
