7.0− Bardzo niewygodne łóżka. Skrzypiące drewniane zagłówki przy każdorazowym poruszeniu się. Brak komfortu snu szczególnie w trzy osobowym pokoju. Materace stare nie wygodne uwierające.
Hotel com ótima localização, instalação, e café da manhã, mas não disponibilizam o uso do elevador.

− Fiz reserva nesse hotel por conta do elevador. Ao fazer o check in fui informado que não havia elevador. Ficamos no segundo andar, não foi fácil subir as escadas com duas malas de viagem. O hotel possui elevador e só foi disponibilizado para nós depois que reclamei no Booking.com. Observei que todos os hóspedes que chegavam eram informados que não havia elevador. Na minha reserva consta elevador, porém foi retirado essa informação para novas reservas. Agradeço muito a Booking.com pelo atendimento, quando da minha reclamação.

8.0Расположение супер. Очень любезный персонал. В номере были 2 мыла,2 шампуни, полотенца, постельное белье. Всё было аккуратно и чисто.
− Запах благовоний, у меня голова трещала. Завтрак не понравился вообще. Булочки были твердые, колбаса нарезка не вкусная, а вареные яйца очень твердые, я впервые такое встречала. Ещё бы хотелось одноразовые тапки. И не было телевизора.
