− Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. C'est, de très loin, le pire hôtel dans lequel j'ai séjourné. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que l'hôtel et la chambre ne correspondaient absolument pas aux photos présentées sur Booking. L'établissement est ancien, très mal entretenu et dans un état de propreté déplorable. Le plus grave reste qu'une araignée a mordu ma fille pendant la nuit. Cet incident nous a profondément choqués et nous a fait perdre tout sentiment de sécurité. Les photos de la morsure ainsi que celles de l'araignée ont été envoyées à Booking.com et à l'établissement. Malgré ces preuves, nous n'avons constaté aucune réaction ni aucune réelle prise en charge de la situation, ce qui nous a donné le sentiment que notre sécurité n'avait aucune importance. Notre chambre donnait directement sur un espace où étaient entreposés des déchets. La vue était déplorable, des odeurs désagréables remontaient jusqu'à la chambre et, compte tenu de cet environnement, il est légitime de s'interroger sur le lien entre cet état des lieux et la présence de l'araignée qui a mordu notre fille. Aucun ménage n'a été effectué correctement et le niveau général de propreté de l'établissement était inacceptable. Même la piscine était très sale, ce qui nous a empêchés d'en profiter en toute confiance. Enfin, la localisation ne correspondait pas à ce que laisse entendre l'annonce. Les plages sont bien plus éloignées que ce que nous avions compris en réservant. Face à l'ensemble de ces problèmes, nous avons préféré quitter l'hôtel avant la fin de notre séjour et renoncer à la deuxième nuit, pourtant déjà payée, plutôt que de faire courir un nouveau risque à notre famille. Sanremo est une ville magnifique qui mérite beaucoup mieux que cet établissement. Nous avons trouvé ensuite un hôtel situé en centre-ville, moins cher et offrant des prestations incomparablement supérieures.
