The staff were very good

− Room very dated and had a slight musty smell. The Hotel was advertised as being in Shibuya but in reality it was at least a 20 minute train ride to Shibuya

The best hotel and best location , very friendly staff and hospitality

I liked the first time I stayed there better, but still a 7/10 for this time :)

Location is very good and the room appears clean and its generally calm/quiet.

− Stayed for a week and my room hasnt been cleaned once. Which was not that bad though, but still.. Also the last night there was a lot of noise in the hallway between 23:30-00:30 so after one hour I called to the reception, a guy answered the phone and didnt really do anything at that moment to come check or anything. He said if it happens again I will come.. it was a very awkward and dry phone call. I even think it was the housekeeping making the noise at night but not 100% sure.. Ate in the restaurant one time and it was okay (had a Japanese/Indian curry), which had only 3 small pieces of chicken which was a bit sad, but tastewise it was good. And, lastly, booked a twinbedroom and it was really cramped! Couldnt even open my suitcase, only on the bed lol. In the photos the room has a little bit of a different layout as well, so I didn’t expect it to be this cramped, but I made the best out of it.

駅から近く値段が安い

− 外国人が多く泊まるからなのかエアコンの説明など英語表記はあるが日本語表記のないものもあった。 部屋にティッシュがなく少し不便。 洗面台にもハンドソープがなく不便。 アメニティは歯ブラシのみ。
