Services are the worst. Staffs are rude.

The services are the worst. Lady/ gents sit on the reception are rude. I called their rooms service 3 times during my 2 days stay just to provide a blanket. They did not pay any head to the request. complained many times that wifi is not working. They did not solve the problem. . However, they charged higher room rent compared to similar level hotel in Taif.
