8.0В отеле понравились чистота в номере, вкусные завтраки и вежливый персонал.
− Останавливался второй раз в этом отеле. Попросил заранее номер с каким-нибудь видом, в предыдущий был вид на парковку и крышу какого-то здания. Дали тот же…) Еще возникло небольшое недоразумение: ошибочно попросили оплатить шоколад из мини-бара, который я не брал. После короткого объяснения администрация во всем разобралась, и плату взимать не стали.

− Staffs are rude. They are rude evey where. From valle to front office to restaurants. From check in process to check out.. below average experience
