Expensive for average service
5.0Wanted to charge an extra £150 to change from cottage breakfast to breakfast within the hotel.
− Cottage wasn't the cleanest and staff weren't helpful with a few queries we had, very dismissive.
For the price the offering is very poor wth very little interest understanding about the issues I faced
