− La literie, nous avions une chambre pour trois personnes, le deuxième lit était un canapé lit complètement horrible.

1.0Emplacement aux portes de Chateau Thierry.
− Réserver une suite pour un séjour en famille et se retrouver dans une chambre des années 80 avec un simple bac de douche au sol et le rideau l’entourant. Equipement global très spartiate et absolument pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles.

6.0Beliggenheden var fin og nem at komme til i bil. Morgen- receptionisten var god til engelsk og forstående over for en dårlig oplevelse med morgenmaden.
− Der var ingen kaffe til morgenmaden da maskinen var gået i stykker. Det kan jo ske, men så ville det være godt med en plan B. Den manglede. Der var heller ingen info om den manglende kaffe, så det var noget gæsterne måtte finde ud af en ad gangen. Fællesarealet var heller ikke helt rent og bestik mv kunne godt have brugt en lille pudseklud. Og så er ladestanderne foran hotellet ikke intuitive og vi fik dem aldrig til at virke. Det kan hotellet jo ikke gøre for, men man må Stole som krav til leverandøren til en service man stoler til rådighed, at alle skal kunne bruge dem - så nemt som ingenting - både franske og udenlandske gæster i elbil.
