− Staff were rude (also witnessed an interaction with another guest and was shocked at their dismissal and helpfulness over an issue! Disgusting!) no help at all with parking after being told they were full, 1 lift working and was extremely slow. 10 min wait just to get down to the ground floor! No bath mat in bathroom. Face washer and towels stained. Can hear everything from the room above and rooms next door!
