10.0Personnels souriants. Etablissement très propre. Nous etions une famille avec de jeunes enfants. Nous etions tous ravis de notre séjour.

10.0Tesis çok konforluydu. Her şey inanılmaz kaliteliydi. Yemekler tek kelimeyle muhteşemdi. Odaların temizliği, ortak alanların temizliği, restoran temizliği çok iyiydi. Resepsiyon personeli başta olmak üzere tüm personel gayet ilgili, güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Gereksiz müzik gürültüsü insanı yoran diyaloglar yoktu, gerçekten dinlenmek isteyenler için harika bir oteldi. Restoranda garsonların tutumu ve hızı daha bizi şaşırttı. Havuz başına veya sahile direkt içecek hizmeti almak ancak çok pahalı otellerde gördüğümüz şeylerdi ve burada mevcuttu. Otelden çıkış yaparken kıyafet değiştirmek için sağlanan lounge hizmeti övgüyü hak ediyor. Özellikle Ayla hanıma güleryüzü açıklayıcı ve sorunlara çözüm bulan iletişimi dolayısıyla tekrar tekrar teşekkür ediyorum.
