9.0The room was clean and fresh and suitable for my needs. The staff friendly and pleasant to deal with. The restaurant steak dinner was great! As was the service.
− One little tera-pack of milk in the fridge would have been magic. I hadn't brought any and being partially disabled with only one leg I had to walk with discomfort a short distance to buy some. No big deal to most folks but that small inconvenience to me was the difference. Other than that one small thing I was very happy :)

− Dirty blanket, around fridge dirty and shower area was a bit grotty. Air con very noisy and I believe needs maintenance. Start up ok but after a while the swing was noisy and not working well
OK.
6.0Location. Didn’t meet any staff but friendly and helpful on phone.
− Bed and pillows awful. Could feel springs in hard mattress and pillows too high and hard.
