To use the property's free shuttle from JR Odawara Train Station and Ashinoyu Bus Stop, please make a reservation at time of booking. Shuttles from Odawara Station is only available at 14:00, while shuttles from Ashinoyu Bus Stop can be requested throughout the day.

Guests cannot eat dinner at the property without a prior reservation. Please note there are no restaurants in the area.

Please note that the hotel will undergo Open-air bath renovation work from February 2025 to April 2025.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
