Terrible, terrible customer service terrible communication from management
1.0I did not stay. I canceled my reservation when I got there to check in.
− They did not notify me in advance that the pool and the Jacuzzi were out of service. Booking required two days notice for free cancellations and then they gave me a hard time and run around on refunding the cost of my stay without penalties because I did not stay there. I left and went to a different hotel that had a pool.

10.0Hotel was 'Very Clean". No smell.. .staff very nice. Answered questions that I had about persons with allergies to animals and how they accommodate. I would recommend 👌🏽 staying here.
