3.0Location. Breakfast was very good.
− The room was damp and smelled like a dog. I had requested a room where a dog had not stayed because of allergies. It was very apparent dogs had been in that room. Only one elevator working. Second one broken.

7.0I liked the location, family friendly atmosphere. Pet friendly environment.
− I don’t like I paid for two nights and decided to stay an extra night, and every day got locked out of my room and had to get my room card reprogrammed. I dislike the long wait for the 1 elevator because the other one was broken. I dislike every day I had to ask for clean wash cloth and towels and was told they didn’t have any available. When you pay $150 per night it should no problem getting the basic supplies I.e wash clothes and towels. I disk like the toilet base had old pee on it at check in, used a towel to clean it, not knowing it would be hard to get new clean towels.
