Lovely stay - excellent service
10.0Complimentary cookies on arrival - such a lovely gesture. The staff were all so kind and smiled. The room was stunning and spacious and everything was so clean.
− There was only 1 sugar sachet in the room and two tea bags. Would have liked a couple more for an evening and morning tea for us both.

− Can't have a light breakfast toast and coffee £15.95 extortionate price. Then ordered just a coffee at £3.95 get charged £4.20 and told prices changed a week ago but menu stated £3.95 totally ripping people off !!!
