Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Service und Leistung waren nicht besonders zufriedenstellend.
5.0Das Essen war täglich variabel und vielfältig. Es gab viele Erholungsangebote. Die Hotelanlage ist schön gelegen. Personal war teilweise recht bemüht.
− Allerdings war das Essen kaum gewürzt und daher immer wieder fad. Der Kaffee war bis auf den in der Strandbar ungeniessbar. Wasserspender waren immer wieder defekt. Die Kinderbetreuung war lt. Buchung inklusive, vor Ort musste man aber ab Stunde 3 bezahlen. Überhaupt hat fast alles noch zusätzlich Geld gekostet. Die Hotelanlage ist sowohl von innen als auch von außen nicht ausreichend gut gepflegt und die Sauberkeit, insbesondere im Kinderbereich, war fragwürdig (der Boden klebte immer wieder). Insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht unseren Erwartungen an Familienhotels, sondern eher dem Flatrate-Massentourismus entsprochen.

10.0Maximale Leistung für Familien, Kinder, mit sehr räumige Familienzimmer. Saubere sehr schöne, Sand Strand und Pools mit Wasserspielplatz. Sehr gutes Essen (Frühstück, Mittag, Abend). Softdrinks inklusive, jeder Morgen Chapagne. Jeden Tag 1l Wasser (Roemer Quelle), J. Meinl Kaffe frei im Zimmer. Ausreichende Parkplätze im Parkhaus. Volles Sport Einrichtung, mit Tennis, Fussball, Basektball, Bowling...etz. Schöne Spaziergang am Meer. Und vieles mehr, aber wirklich alles sehr-sehr schön.

− Für Babies keine hipp Gläschen mehr keine ruckzugorte zum stillen und tlw hat es länger gedauert bis Geschirr abgeräumt würde und der check in hat ziemlich lange gedauert.
