Nicely located

− It did not have the area with cold water and coffee out front.
Should have just drove home
6.0The room and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was good.
− Found boxer briefs in the closest and I had to reclean the tub. The pool water and room water had a yellow color to it. Being in the pool with my kids we were all greasy feeling.
Very disappointed!
4.0The spa tub i paid extra for was nice to come to the room and be able to relax.
− I believe i should get a free night available to me anywhere i want! We arrived at 325 pm and the room was not ready for us! We had future engagements set and had to figure out how to work around the situation. We had no room to get ready in! It was 430pm and the lady was still in there cleaning so we had to go eat like we were dressed which was casual. Had plans to go to a high end restaurant but that had to change! Then we had to hurry go back to the room which at this time was 600 pm to go to a concert that night for 630! Was so disappointed. The hallways were disgusting. Trash everywhere! The garbage cans were overflowing everywhere inside and outside. Not happy. This has always been my favorite place to go to!
