7.0Konumu çok iyi, oda büyüklüğü çok iyi, internet çok iyi, deniz ve vip sahil bölümü çok iyi. Personel çözüm odaklı yaklaşım sağladı. Özellikle otel müdürü Ms Evi çok ilgiliydi ve sorunlarımızın çözümü için etkili yaklaşımda bulundu.
− Otel biraz eski ve klimaları gerçekten sorunlu. Odamızda klima sorunu yaşadık ama çözüm sağlandı. Klima arızası sonrası oda temizliği sorunluydu. Yeterli hijyen maalesef sağlanmadı. Ana restoran, kahvaltı salonu çok kalabalık oluyor. Yemek kalitesi düşük. Odalarda banyodaki küvet çok dar ve haala perde kullanımı var. Duşakabin yok. Bu durum hijyen problemi yaratmakta
