− Property is dirty . Needs a Full Refurbishment in all rooms . Bed was very uncomfortable . Shower had only cold water . Room walls and floors were very dirty

− They took 20 pounds for a bond in case their was any damage to the to room but on the day I was leaving they would not answer the reception to return my money ended up leaving without it thanks Novello never again

If any of these services are used, you will automatically be charged for this service. Kindly note the accommodations is located on the first floor or above. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Please note, there is no public parking available at the hotel. However there is public parking available nearby and costs GBP 6.50 a day. Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required. Guest card details are required to make a reservation, and will be held until departure. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Any lost keys will be replaced for GBP 25.
