Un premier contact telephonique laborieux, s'en suit un premier contact physique à la réception avec la même collaboratrice aux réflexions plus valveillantes et anti commerciales les une que les autres . Arrivée dans la chambre, pas de kitchenette comme le confirmait l email de validation/réservation; à la place une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite. Bon contact dans l ensemble des autres collaborateurs.
