Lovely old property and very good location as you could walk into York City Centre. Great friendly staff and beautiful breakfast.

− Only extremely small shower gel for two people could have at leased had two tiny bottles.

Breakfast was perfect with good quality produce and cooked to your liking. very friendly staff. Location was close to bus stop for access to city centre. Also free parking on site. Whole premises spotlessly clean, everyone very friendly and fan in room which was very welcome during hot weather

− Only downside was stairs. No lifts.

For us oldies it was 25 minutes to York centre. On good bus route until about 7 pm. Great full English breakfast and plenty of other choices.

− No real concerns other than having a ground floor room which could be a little noisy at times.
