Front desk was super courteous and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. We used the park and fly option and could not have gone any smoother. Highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was exceptional! There was a coffee machine that had several custom options, as well as a milk steamer/frother attachment--this was available all day! We stayed for 2 days and one morning there was omelettes made to order right there. There was several cereal options, breads/bagels/muffins/loafs, hot food (eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes), condiments, oatmeal, chobani yogurt bar with toppings, and fruit. The hotel was very clean and unique style of rooms. The shower was very nice and rooms had adequate bedding/pillows for fold-out couch. The kitchenette was also well stocked.

− They did not complete my request to put the rooms close together. They had to move our rooms and they were still 2 rooms apart. This was not ideal but they owned their mistake and I believe they did their best to get as close together as possible. There was one staff member at the check-in desk that was not very friendly but the rest were and made up for that.

This review is being posted to formally request corporate escalation and compensation due to serious health, safety, and service failures that were not addressed on property. Upon entering the room, there was animmediate and overwhelming odor of mold and mildew, rendering the room unhealthy and uninhabitable. This is not a subjective comfort issue—it is a sanitation and air‑quality concern. I reported the issue promptly to the front desk assistant manager, Tiffany. Despite being made fully aware of the condition, no corrective action, alternate room, maintenance response, or follow‑up was offered. The only response given was, “I’ll add that to my list.” The property then failed to meet basic guest safety and functionality standards, including: * Non‑working in‑room phone, preventing contact with the front desk or emergency services * Non‑functional television, indicating lack of room inspection * Hallways with strong odors of filth, corrosion, and neglect, suggesting systemic maintenance issues These issues demonstrate a failure of property standards, guest safety expectations, and advertised accommodations. The lack of urgency or resolution after management notification confirms a breakdown in on‑site accountability. Because the hotel: 1. Provided a room with apparent health hazards 2. Failed to resolve or mitigate reported issues 3. Did not offer reasonable alternatives or remediation I am formally requesting immediate escalation to corporate or regional management and a full refund or equivalent loyalty points compensation. This stay did not meet minimum brand or booking‑platform standards, and documentation can be provided upon request. I do not recommend this property, and I expect prompt resolution given the severity and documentation of these issues.

We stayed here for a business trip for my husband. The rooms have kitchens with full refrigerators which is great. The beds were comfortable. There are great food choices in the same parking lot as the hotel. All of the staff were so nice and accommodating. Especially Julian at the front desk. He went out of his was to accommodate us during our stay. The only drawback was there was mold in the shower.

I must say this is one of the best Marriot brands I have stayed with. The room was spacious & modern. Full kitchen in my suite, walking distance to various restaurants.
